Working Through Depression

October 14, 2011

Fiber artists Diana Alishouse wrote a book, Depression Visible: The Ragged Edge, where she shows what depression and bipolar illness looks like. This brave artist designed and created quilts as she learned about her illness and fought to overcome it.

Check out her website by clicking on the quilt to find out more about her book, quilts and lectures.  She also has a resource page for people suffering with depression.
